PAYMENT

All payments and credits are made in euros (€).
We offer you the following payment methods:

KLARNA

• PAYMENT: With KLARNA you have the option of purchasing the ordered goods using an invoice. You will receive the goods before payment and receive an invoice from the external service provider and transfer the invoice amount directly to KLARNA.
• REFUND: As soon as we receive a returned item, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited to the debited account.

PayPal

You have the option to complete the purchase with PayPal or PayPal Express. This way you save time and can buy our products quickly and safely online. You will be redirected to PayPal and can complete the purchase there quickly, easily and securely.

• PAYMENT: As a PayPal customer you can pay quickly and easily. Your advantage is that payment is usually authorized immediately and we can therefore arrange for the goods to be dispatched as quickly as possible.
• REFUND: As soon as we receive a returned item, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited to your PayPal account.

Credit card: VISA & MasterCard incl. Maestro

• PAYMENT: Pay conveniently and securely by credit card. Your credit card will only be charged once the order has been shipped.
• REFUND: As soon as we receive a returned item, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited to the credit card charged.

Google Pay

• PAYMENT: Google Pay is a mobile payment payment system for Android devices . Pay quickly and easily directly via your mobile device.
• REFUND: As soon as we receive a returned item, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited to the debited account.

Apple Pay

• PAYMENT: Apple Pay is a payment system from the US company Apple for its own mobile devices. Pay quickly and easily directly via your mobile device.
• REFUND: As soon as we receive a returned item, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited to the debited account.

Amazon Pay

• PAYMENT: Amazon Pay allows you to pay in our shop using the information already stored in your Amazon account.
• REFUND: As soon as we receive a returned item, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited to the debited account.

SHIPMENT

During the ordering process you enter your delivery address. Currently shipping only takes place within Germany. Shipping is carried out by DHL. The delivery time is 1 - 3 days. For orders within Germany we charge a flat rate shipping fee of €5.90.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the first following business day.

We only use boxes made from recycled cardboard and shipping bags made from recycled materials as packaging material.

The delivery period begins with the payment methods purchase on account, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, credit card and instant transfer for an order placed by 12 p.m. on the same day. If you order after 12 p.m., the deadline for these payment methods begins on the following day.

As soon as the order is shipped to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email also contains a DHL tracking number.

RETURN

You can return unworn items to us within 14 days. Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in the original packaging, including the label. We charge €4.00 for returning your return, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns - this is how it works!

Visit our Returns portal at Fynch-Hatton Outlet Returns (returnsportal.online) and conveniently register your return online. 
Enter your 5-digit order number and your email address in the returns portal. Select the items in your order that you would like to return and follow the portal's instructions. Print the label or have DHL print it. To avoid item damage, please pack the items well and take the package to the nearest DHL branch. 
As soon as the package has arrived, checked and accepted, we will refund you the purchase price of the item. The refund will be made according to the payment method you chose and can take up to 7 days.

We offer you to exchange the item for a different size or color (subject to prior sale).
This also happens via our returns portal as described above.
You have the freedom to choose whether to refund or exchange an item.
In the event of an exchange, the amount will not be refunded but will be sent to you in your desired size or color after receipt of the item to be retrofitted.
Depending on how returns are received, this may take a few days. We ask for your understanding.

If there are any clarifications, our support team will contact you. 

Important: The items delivered are only for the purpose of trying on items, as is common in stationary retail. If the returned goods are in poor or used condition, we reserve the right to demand compensation from you. The Fynch-Hatton online shop currently only accepts returns of goods that you have purchased in the Fynch-Hatton online shop. Please always return goods purchased in a Fynch-Hatton store directly to the relevant store.
